The five star property located on Marina del Rey is a full service hotel
offering a combination of business accommodations and resort
amenities. Overlooking the marina, the hotel provides 11,000 square
feet of meeting space, two restaurants, fitness facility, swimming pool,
spa, tennis courts and structured parking. All 306 guestrooms in the
fourteen story tower have private terraces which provide views of both the
mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The suites, located on the south
end of the tower, overlook the marina and its surroundings. Support
spaces include administrative offices, kitchen, general purpose laundry,
terry laundry, maintenance, loading dock and storage.
