MILLINGTON, TENNESSEE
St. Anne's Church, constructed in the 1960's, occupies a pastoral site on
the outskirts of Memphis. The project's scope consists of a new
classroom wing of some 2,500 square feet, plus the renovation of 1,700
square feet of existing space, including the kitchen, Parish Hall, and
handicapped-accessible restrooms. The focal point of the new wing is
a vaulted screened porch with a window wall which admits natural light and
views into the classrooms.
The $200,000 renovation and addition was completed in 1992.
